Very skilled surgeon and excellent supporting staff. Took time with me in the initial consultation to go my sinus issues in detail. Surgery was flawless and follow ups have been great. Very professional service.

Have been a patient for years & wanted to thank Dr.Zimmer's entire office staff for being so professional, thorough, kind, and caring. The receptionists are so welcoming; Mark is an excellent audiologist; the nursing staff is so pleasant; and Dr. Zimmer has listened and expertly handled each problem that I have had. If all doctors office were as efficient and professional!!!!

Dr. Zimmer is uniquely qualified in his medical specialty. He performed my sinus surgery and his knowledge and skill is remarkable. His follow up procedures were timely and effective. My sinus illness was cured and he immediately knew the problem and his surgery corrected it perfectly. He met with my wife immediately following the surgical procedure and made certain that she understood the procedure and the related success. I strongly recommend him. No nonsense, top quality, gets it done!

My 5 year old son had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy last week. On day 7 his pain was no longer being controlled with the meds and he developed a horrible congested cough and severe heachache. I call Dr. Zimmers answering service at 10:00pm and never received a call back. My son was up coughing and in pain all night. I called the office the next morning only to be told that Dr. Zimmer was on call, but didn't have his phone because he was asleep! Doesn't on call mean answering calls from patients regardless of the time? And it was only 10:00pm! I'm extremely upset because he has an obligation to his patients and he showed a complete lack of concern by not answering my call and then never even called me back when he finally saw the message in the morning. I had to call the office when it opened. Not acceptable, especially when you are the doctor who just performed surgery on a 5 year old! He probably assumed I was a mother who was over reacting.

Dr. Zimmer is such a caring, personable, honest physician. I had on-going sinus troubles and he listened to what I had to say and sent me for a CT scan and found that I had sinus problems. I had sinus surgery and I have never felt better. I can actually breath! Great doctor and great staff.

I cannot say enough about this office! You walk in and are practically called in before you sit down. Super friendly nurses. Doctor instantly knew how to treat a situation that I had been to 4 doctors for before him. Kind, honest, knowledgeable, funny. Great experience.
