I was a last minute visit. The office was incredibly kind and accommodating by fitting me in. Everyone in the office was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also loved the paperless check-in process. Dr. Ephrat was fantastic. He was soothing, funny, and warm. He also took the time to explain things to me. Great experience. I would highly recommend this office/doctor!

Dr. Ephrat is an amazing doctor. He takes his time and listens to his patients. He is very gentle and kind. Dr. Ephrat has a great bed side manner. He is warm and friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ephrat!

Dr Ephrat and his staff are always courteous and will go beyond the call of duty to assist. As a long time patient, I can truly say that Dr Ephrat's care has remained the same in this ever changing society in the health care industry. When my 3 year old daughter could not hear, he conducted a medically necessary procedure. Fast forward 14 years later and she now hears all sounds perfectly. My whole family continues to see him regularly for other ENT issues. Thanks for providing us with years of phenomenal health care.

Dr Ephrat is everything that a patient would like to have in a medical doctor and typically does not get. He is intelligent, great listener and takes the time to explain his plan of treatment and why he is recommending same. Wish he was Board Certified in more areas - he could take over all my ailments! I highly recommend him.
