This doctor pulled an infected lodged tube out of my daughters ear with out numbing her ear in the office. It was a terrible experience and it bleed for 3 days! Needless to say on the ear she was sedated and it was removed gently!

Office staff took 30 min to tell me they cannot see my 3 year old daughter because I had not met my deductible and couldn't pay for the full amount of the visit. I offered to pay $100 and then be billed for the rest but they denied my 3 year old daughter service for that reason. I cannot believe they would not disclose this when they called to confirm the appointment and get the insurance information. They offered to reschedule my visit which I did not do. I will go back to the old doctor who is 30 minutes away who set up a payment plan for me. I will not be back to see this doctor and I would not recommend him. Obviously it's not easy to take off work and get two children in a doctors office.
