His communication skills are lacking. He is the only ENT in Paradise so I understand he is busy. But don't take more patients on than you can respond to. It took three days to get a call back. By then my child had to be seen by the ER.

Dr. Baumgartner is wonderful! He has seen and helped both my children with their ear problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Very nice and great with the kids.

Wonderful doctor with an awesome staff! The doctor took time with me and listened to me. I was able to get in quick and didn't wait forever in the waiting room or exam room.
