I met Dr. Facer for tinnitus several years ago when the ringing had gotten too loud to bear, and I recall having to wait a long time to see her. When I did finally see her, she looked in my ear, listened to my list of symptoms, and then said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" She suggested I buy a fan to try and drown out the ringing and then dismissed me. Hopefully things have changed since I went to see her.
