I am not sure if she and her staff are naturally inefficient and rude, or this is just a way to get the patients out of their hair. If the patient's file is in front of you, why ask questions already on file? Is it a memory test for the patient or a competency test for you? I took my aunt to her and was hugly dissapointed. I am glad though she spoke my aunt's language so one of us would at least understand.

Constantly forgets what tests or referrals she order/sent. Rude when you question her. Language barrier is strong. She honestly needs to retire.

I've been a patient of Dr. Younan since 2005 though there is a long wait for her , but its actually worth it. she diagnosed me quickly and took all the test done. Her receptionist which is Juna she is very nice and efficient i totally understand her hard worked. all the negative comments here is understandable but be considerate also. thats all thanks

Dr Younan is amazing, knowledgeable, wonderfully caring, well connected and in high demand; so always best to call ahead on timing since she also has hospital rounds. Treating our family for over 20 years; so happy to call her our doctor!

Dr. Younan has been my doctor for 10 yrs. She is so busy most of the time and this has resulted in her missing a couple of problems. Her staff has has a high turnover rate in the last year, and this affects consistency in her clinic.
She is knowledgeable but doesn't like being questioned and gets angry if her patients go to a Walk-in-Clinic or see another doctor for any reason-unless she has made a referral.
I have stayed with her because she knows my history and that is important for a family physician.
I would recommend her as a doctor if you have patience and flexibility for appts.

Doctor Younan is very knowledgeable... but when will the wait time and patient appreciation kick in? Doctor, we dont want to wait so many hours to see you. Please give us accurate times. We dont want tongo to walk in clinics bit are left with no choice.
