He was my doctor for 2 years. I had no complaints but I moved to Farmington Valley area so transferred out. About review below : You think Melissa Sheeler is bad with HR at Griffin. Dana Webb in HR is just as bad as she contacted a friend of mine re : employment said she’d contact the practice manager at the location and get back to my friend. Dana, never did and ignored my friends follow up calls. These 2 in HR should be fired ! You don’t treat applicants like that

Was my Dr. for 5 years. I liked him and staff. However, I moved an hour from his office and no longer go here. Also I highly feel Melissa Sheeler who’s a stuck up snob and works in HR at Griffin hospital as I worked at Griffin too was never fond of her. There was a day I had gone on my lunch break in the cafeteria and I over heard her trash talking doctors, management , coworkers. She’s gossipy an attractive gal but her disposition and character make her ugly. She always seemed fake and toxic to me. Out of all the HR staff at GH she was the one I couldn’t stand and a lot of other staff at GH didn’t like her.

I recommend Dr Dey most warmly. He is knowledgeable, caring, listens well and creates a positive environment. He is very thorough in what he does and carries through on what he says he will do. Very impressive.

Not a great doctor some people would consider his soft Spoken nature as comptance. I can attest he does not listen to his clients and considers himself the smartest person in the room. I have had two problems miss dignosed by dr dey refusal to pay attention to his clients. One resulted in many months of pain until I saw another dr and had surgery. The 2nd still pending. Would not recommend dr dey for more than just and anaual check up.

I have been going to Dr. Dey for 10 years now. The staff is always nice. At times, the office can become a little busy, but he has never kept me waiting 'too' long. Dr. Dey is very caring and considerate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dey.

Dr Dey is a wonderful doctor and he is kind. He is very thorough. However, the last two appointment I had to wait a long time.I have been kept waiting in the examining room for over an hour!!! His medical assistant is rude and disrespectful. Some of his staff is very rude on the phone.

KNOWLEDGABLE, CARING, SOFT SPOKEN. LISTENS TO THE PATIENT AND IS OPEN TO NEW TREATMENTS AND DRUGS. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE MALE DR. DEY AND NOT HIS WIFE, SHES THE DIRECT OPPOSITE. STAFF CAN BE A LITTLE HARD TO WORK WITH SOMETIMES. NOT VERY FLEXABLE.

I have never encountered a worse staff. It's clear that the staff have never heard of the Hippocratic Oath. Dr. Dey is a fine doctor but he does not have a good grip on his staff and some of them there go out of their way to show that they can exert their supposed power over you to cause you and your family pain and discomfort as they see fit. For this reason I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice. A doctor has to know the people he hires and that is not the case here. He seems totally oblivious to the whole situation.

Very kind and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to you.Answers all questions no matter how stupid the question is. I don't have a high opinion of doctors in general.But have great respect for Dr. Dey.He cares
