Love Dr St Cyr. All these negative comments I feel are fake or over exaggerated. They all have the same wording and same issue.
Yes you do have to wait but all that means is she’s giving the time needed to each patient. She has delivered all my nieces and nephews. And not one of us had an issue. I had my daughter 9 years ago and am no pregnant again with my second and did not hesitate to go see her again! Can’t wait to see her next week!

Am I the only person having a big issue with the lack of privacy when she treats at the hospital.
I’ve gone in a few times. Every time the door is left open with a waiting room right next door for everyone to hear our conversations.
The Last time I was in, my husband waited for me in the waiting room. He was not very impressed when he heard the whole conversation I had with the DR especially when there are a bunch of other people sitting there listening as well. This is is breach of privacy and confidentiality.
Swiping a curtain in front of the door is not going to do anything. How embarrassing and unprofessional.

I'm honestly shocked by the negative reviews on here. Dr St Cyr has always been amazing with me. She took all the time she needed to answer all of my questions, I never felt rushed. When it came time to deliver my babies (one vaginal, one loss, and one scheduled c section for twins) she always made me feel like a rock star. All of the women I know who have dealt with her have said the same thing. She is experienced and can be trusted in a medical emergency. I get great feedback any time anyone sees my c section scar as well. I even waited to be referred back to her to discuss birth control and post natal complications as the gynaecologist I saw in Cornwall was very little help. Her wait times are long, she delivers babies for a living, and if you've ever had one you know how crazy and unpredictable that can be. She's busy, but she's the best.

sometimes I would wait between 2-5 hours in te waiting room, she said it was a busy summer... when you’re 36 weeks pregnant waiting that long is excruciating. When I would ask questions she barely took the time to answer and was always rushing me. Honestly was not worth the wait. To top everything off, she wasn’t even there for the birth of my child, some doctor from Ottawa had to come in and do everything, someone I never talked to before... if I were you i would avoid !

I have had two babies with Dr. St Cyr and was very happy both times. She doesn't rush your appointments (which is one of the reasons she is always behind - only real negative I have mentioned about her). She is very knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about you and your baby. She is very nice and always friendly and excited for you. I will go back to her if we have a third.

When she makes a mistake she lawyers up rather than trying to fix her errors and help the patient. She talks to her lawyer but not the patient who she has injured. So be careful....

She was my Dr. for my 2nd child - Was very patient and answered all of my questions - Although her wait times can be long...She also does emergency C-Sections During her day as well! And as a mom who was one of those C-sections I appreciates everything she does!!

You can tell the phony reviews by the number of times the doctors name is mentioned with even the hyphen positioned properly. Give me a break..how stupid does she think patients are? This doctor...once she damages you will ignore you and offer no assistance...she is probably used to being sued...she should not be licensed in my opinion...
