Dr. Fraterelli and his staff were fantastic throughout our entire journey. During our initial consult, Dr. Fraterelli talked about the spectrum of treatment options, and I was so relieved that IVF was not the first treatment recommended, as I was not sure how I felt about the procedure. A common misconception is that if you are receiving care for infertility, it must be IVF, but Dr. Fraterelli educated us on different treatment options, and he made us feel comfortable about our decisions. Each cycle, our treatment was refined and evaluated until we discovered the treatment combination that ended up in a successful pregnancy. Everyone at the Fertility Institute of Hawaii is committed to an excellent patient experience, and it shows in the level of care from everyone. The nurse practitioners are fantastic providers, never made me feel rushed, and took time to thoroughly answer questions. The medical assistants were always there to guide me through my appointment so that I was never lost. The front desk representatives were always kind and patient during check-in and scheduling. The phlebotomists were so gentle and friendly, especially for someone like me with stubborn rolling veins. The efficient use of technology with the secure app provides top notch response times to patients. One noticeable practice is that payment is never discussed or collected at the front desk, but rather privately and with utmost sensitivity, and that really proved to me that patient care is the priority. After 4 previous pregnancy losses, I had my last appointment today with the Fertility Institute of Hawaii because I am in my 8th week of pregnancy. It was bittersweet because I have come to love the team there, but I am so hopeful to move onto my next chapter in this pregnancy. Thank you, Fertility Institute, for the impact you bring to Hawai'i families! I am forever grateful!

I enjoyed my experience working with Dr. Frattarelli and all of the staff at the Clinic. They were able to accommodate me early in the mornings so I could go to work after. They are very flexible, organized and the fertility coordinators are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Frattarelli was able to cater to my specific fertility needs, and helped me to get pregnant. It took about 3 years but we never gave up hope! :). Thank you so much to Dr. Frattarelli and all of his staff, Adalyn, Courtaney, Sara, Ashley and everyone else.

My experience here was spectacular! From the doctor to his nurses and assistants to the front desk, they were all so friendly and helpful! This clinic was very nice and clean!

Amazing experience! The staff is inviting, friendly and quick to answer all questions and concerns. All prescriptions were filled immediately upon request. Wait times were less than 5 minutes and appointments always started on time. I could not be more happy with our experience here!

Been with FIH for 2 years now. 3 IUI rounds to conceive baby #2, 6 rounds of IUI, Failed IVF cycle with a successful IUI #7 for baby #3. We've spent a pretty penny here and many cycles. I've left a nice YELP review :) I understand Dr is busy but in all honesty it would've been a nice touch even if it was a generic card or a email message saying "congratulations," or "bye bye!" from the dr, after our graduation from the clinic. With that being said, the amazing staff and nurses made up for it! We love everyone there so much. Thank you for helping me complete my family!!

Thank you so much, Dr. Frattarelli and the wonderful team at Fertility Institute. During an extremely difficult period in our lives, we were met with such kind and personal care. I will actually miss seeing the team at my regular appointments but of course extremely grateful that the positive outcome of our treatments means we won’t anymore. Thank you so much.
