I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Marnach. She diagnosed me before even examining me. She automatically went to the worse case scenario (with a diagnosis I didn't even have) and left me feeling scared and uncertain. I left her office in tears. I immediately sought a second opinion and my issue was much more benign and has now resolved. Proceed with caution.

She's wonderful. She knows her textbooks but doesn't treat you like one. You can tell she has a passion for what she practices and is also practical at the same time. She was not my primary but I have seen her a couple times and she delivered our daughter. If I were to have another child, I would definitely pick her as my healthcare provider and am planning on seeing her for my postpartum visit! I know a girl delivered by her, my best friend went to her and I've absolutely never heard a negative comment about Dr. Marnach. Highly recommended! :)

I live in the Rochester area and I am in my third pregnancy. Dr. Marnach was my primary OB doc for my first baby, and I had her for some visits during my second pregnancy. She is my primary again this time around. She is very down-to-earth and helpful and is now the chair of the department. Plus, being a mother herself, she can relate. I highly recommend her, though she is hard to get appointments with since she is so busy these days!
