I went into preterm labor at 18 weeks. I had trouble with the doctor on call in helena, almost lost my baby. But a nurse mentioned dr key. So we got life flighted to great falls. Dr key took amazing care of me during multiple cerclage surguries, during my weeks in the hospital, and he also delivered my daughter, and the next one, through c section. Thanks to him i have two beautiful daughters. I could never thank him enough.

Dr. Key just delivered my grandson. My daughter had HELLP and other complications. He was amazing, best bed side manner of a physician I've ever seen. He took great time and patience explaining everything that was happening and what to expect next. It was a very emotional roller coaster time for us but Dr. Key and the 7th floor nurses were awesome. We can't thank him enough!!

Dr. Key is the most amazing man I have ever known , he has delivered all 4 of my babies one was born with a cleft lip and palet and he made sure I knew everything that was going to take place and set us up with an other amazing dr to care for my son after he was born. He has also seen me through 6 miscarriages .and a cysts removal on my ovary. I honestly be leave there is no other dr in the world that could ever be as great as he is... His team Ronnie,Gretchen, and Karen are also amazing. They have always been there to help and very
Polite. I can't tell you how scared I have been with my pregnancies and those ladies would squeeze me in just to ease my heart ..... I love them all so much and I thank them all so much for helping me have the family I have today. I also give the the highest rating possible you just are not going to find a better care team.

Dr Key and his nurses Ronnie and Gretchen are wonderful beyond compare. As a team, they helped me and my family through 4 pregnancies, including 2 healthy births, a miscarriage, and a difficult pregnancy with a Trisomy18 diagnosis. In every pregnancy they have been encouraging, supportive, informative, and family friendly. Even with the last pregnancy, when our baby had so many complications, they were outstanding care providers. I don't think it is humanly possible to provide or receive better, more supportive and loving care. We chose life for our precious T18 baby, and they did their utmost to provide information, gentle care, and at the birth, and soon after, the death of our daughter, they continued to be supportive and caring, helping not only with physical healing, but ensuring that our emotional healing was on track. I know the limit is 5 stars for the best rating, but if it were possible, I'd give them 10+. You just can't find better care than this.

I have only seen the dr. 1 time this pregnancy, it always seems to be the nurse pract. She is horrible to work with and doesn't listen. I feel like im cattle being pushed through. Not to mention its going to be like a stranger is delivering my baby. People say he is so nice etc but doesn't take the time to get to know his patients before the early dramatic birth. If I had a choice right now to go back in time and get a different specialist I WOULD, but its too late for me to make any changes. Im hoping that the dr will read this and get together with his nurse pract on how to have a better bed side manner and LISTEN to the patient. I realize that things are busy but im still human and I pay you to be there for me and help keep my baby in my belly longer not to be like oh well if it happens it happens attitude! At this point I cant wait to have my baby and get a different dr.

I was originally sent to Dr. Key when I had an abnormal quad screening. I was scared to death but he was extremely nice and went through everything with my husband and I. Everything turned out okay after further testing. I wasn't feeling good one night and my local ER sent me to Great Falls for an ultrasound since one was not available there. I was in labor at 33 weeks and Dr. Key was right there going through everything with us. He helped me through a difficult labor and delivery and was there for us every step of the way afterwards. I now have a healthy 3 year old daughter. I became pregnant last fall and started seeing him right away again but lost the baby at 12 weeks. He was wonderful and went though all my options and testing that was available. I am now currently pregnant and am about 15 weeks. He has been very supportive and his staff answers all of my calls no matter how simple they may be. You could not ask for a better doctor or staff when you have a high-risk pregnancy.

I owe my son's life to Dr. Key. He always reassured me that I could do it, today I have a healthy talented young man. I was flown in from Havre two different times in preterm labor and Dr. Key was on the plane both times... A real blessing !

Dr. Key is amazing. He is such a kind doctor who truly cares about his patients and their babies. I know if it weren't for him my baby boy wouldn't be here with me today. He did an amazing job with my cervical cerclage and then c section. When my problems started 25 weeks into my pregnancy he got me in right away and his staff even stayed at work late to help me. Every one there at his practice is wonderful and even though there was a chance of my baby coming at 25 weeks they did such a good job comforting me and I really felt that everything was going to be ok thanks to them. And thank God everything did work out very well. Dr key is very knowledgeable and you are truly Ian the very best of hands with him as your doctor.

If there's a finer doctor (or human being) in the USA....I would be very surprised. He took exceptional care of my wife and son. He's often late for office appointments but only because he's helping someone who's in need. A+++
