Please Go to another Dr!
I wasted so Much money and time going to him. Dr. Tsai was constantly saying inappropriate jokes and said from other drs, does not have a good protocol.
His office was constantly overbooked, usually my wait time was over 2 hours !
The rooms were not the cleanest either. See more below

I’ve had 1 IUi, 1 Ivf failed cycles. I’m not writing this review because the treatments failed. If he was a better Dr, I would’ve written a positive one and stayed with him for more treatments.


After my Ivf transfer , I was spotting. I asked for a pregnancy test and he said I didn’t need to do it. Had me stop the PIO injections.

Over a week later, turned out I was experiencing an early miscarriage. I WAS PREGNANT when I went there , I was having implantation bleeding. Every dr I saw after him, said that stopping PIO INJECTIONS WAS THE WORST THING I COULVE DONE. See Dr.Tsais response below.



Staff:

*His two Nurses Angel and Lainie are great but definitely overwhelmed and overworked, they looked exhausted when I would sit with them. - -*office wait time most of the time
Was TWO HOURS and over.

My protocol medication sheet was a joke. So unprofessional. One time they lost my sheet and Angel couldn’t remember my medication protocol.


But, the longer I stayed with him , the longer I realized that he was not the best Dr. for fertility
I went to him initially because of all his positive reviews.

His response:

Dr Tsai: “well at least you got to experience how you felt being pregnant if your boobs were hurting. I had a patient that her husband told his wife wow your boobs are so perky because she got pregnant “ are you fkin kidding me ?
Then he said “we really like you and your husband and really want you guys to get pregnant “
Me: “ I’m not interested in what the guy thought about his wife. That’s inappropriate.
And I hope you feel that way about each one of your patients”
Dr.Tsai “ehh some of them rub me the wrong way”

That’s what you tell a patient after a failed cycle and an early miscarriage?

Next day I requested all my records and went to a new Dr.


His office:

Queens location is NOT THE CLEANEST. He has broken down furniture in the sonogram rooms (a desk being held up by molding and a pipe) I wish I took pics. The room for the guys to go into is a STORAGE CLOSET!

Dr. Tsais office had a broken down tv, radio , shit everywhere on his desk. It reminded me of a junk yard. Normally I would’ve never stayed just seeing all that.

But I was like , let me just stick it out and by pass all that. He’s going these great reviews. I should’ve listened to my gut.

His sonogram machines are older and unclear.
I brought sonogram reports to my Obgyn and the new fertility Dr. both of them were unable to make out what they were looking at.



Best decision was leaving your office ...

Horrible experience with Dr Tsai. Such a liar. He would push you into surgery without giving enough info. Then he made a major mistake during surgery and tried to cover it with lies afterwards. NEVER EVER trust him! His office is very disorganized too.

He is a horrible doctor didn't give all the necessary information and all he wants is money. NEVER on time. picks up call in the middle of my appointments. ruined my daughter future to have kids. IF I CAN GIVE HER A ZERO STAR I WOULD. AND YES I SAID HER BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont think he is best dr ... always go to more than a couple fertlity doctors --- he lies and thinks peoole have money - failed 2 ivf cycles with him- took my money and no explaination as to why i has chemical pregnancy. New doctor i went to told me why. Do to unbalance hormons.dr tsai did not give me proper diagnosis.... dont rely only on his opinion!!!

My experience with Dr. Tsai was simply amazing and my surgery went very well at NY Presbyterian of Queens. It was a great experience and the whole entire staff are great. Dr. Tsai is very knowledgeable and his bedside manners is great. Thank you Dr. Tsai for your excellent care.

Dr. Tsai is the best! I came to see him for infertility associated with my pcos. He really listened to my concerns and clearly laid out all of my options. He was very proactive and wanted us to be successful as soon as possible. He was also extremely straightforward, which I appreciated.

I came in weekly for about three months of monitoring through every stage of the process. All it took was one round of T.I and two IUIs before we found out I was expecting twins! My fiance and I are so greatful because we never thought it would finally happen, let alone twins.

I also can't say enough good things about his office staff, especially Noel, Rose and Jenny. They were all so helpful and always pleasant. Although the wait time can sometimes be a bit long if the office is full, I'd recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone wanting to start a family right away.

Dr Tsai and his staff are awesome. They are kind, attentive, answered all my questions, and detailed. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
He performed a laparoscopy to remove a few cysts from my ovaries (his staff detected 2 more cysts that I had than my prior gyno and the lab tech at a different location originally detected). He was reassuring before and after the surgery. I healed in fast timing with minor scars.
And it is convenient that he has 2 office locations (Queens and Manhattan). I went to both locations depending on my schedule.
Though waiting time to see the dr or his staff was long at times..particularly at the Queens location on weekends.. People complain about the waiting room (though not the prettiest), I believe it serves its purpose and seats could be scarce at time, but I blame the patients that bring their whole family and they hog up all the seats.
I want to give recognition to his staff as they were all very kind and knowledgeable especially Marissa, Rosie, Jenny, Noel, and Kelly.

Dr. Tsai is a very nice, gentle and compassionate doctor. He has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing. The staff is very nice. Thank you
