Hands down the best Doctor I’ve ever seen. He took the time to listen and go over my history and answer question. I learned so much about my health from him. I don’t know what I’ll do when he retires.

He is one of the best Doctor i have seen in my life. I had complicated issue related to hormones which i was unable to get treatment for almost 4 years. He took his time and did all the required testing and now finally i am on good treament and feeling improvement everyday. There is no waiting time appointments are quick and he will listen to you. He treat symptoms not the numbers.

Listens, follows up, is extremely knowledgeable, cares, works with you, this is how medicine should be. Do not hesitate to go see him. He could change your life if you're suffering.

Being from a different province and being used to waiting months to see a specialist it was nice to be able to see him in a week from the day I called. I first saw him about thyroid issues and told him I wasn't feeling well, sure enough my family doctor had me on the wrong thyroid medication. Then again this year after being unwell for months and having blood work done, I was able to see him quickly and sent for further tests. He takes the time to explain things to you, has even emailed me and my husband to explain what was happening and how to handle the medication. He listens, and will answer any question you have. I read some of the Comments here about having to pay, but he is an automatically private clinic and it's better then waiting 18 months where I live.
I have no complaints so far and happy he's been able to help me with a rare condition that went undiagnosed for a long time

Un médecin exceptionnel! Il est a l’écoute, competant et prends le temps de répondre aux questions. De plus, étant infirmière, j’ai bien aimé le fait qu’il me parle en tant qu'égale et me consulte avant de decider sur un traitement. Il me traite pour des problemes de thyroide depuis 18 ans et jamais je changerais de médecin.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas en dire autant que certaines personnes sur ce site. Je trouve ce médecin blasé. Il ne semble pas apprécier quelqu'un qui le questionne et qui veut être informée pour prendre une décision éclairée. Je pense qu'il doit mieux répondre aux besoins de ses patients lorsque ceux-ci ne le remettent pas en question et acceptent ses recommandations sans discussions. Si vous aimez avoir partie prenante de votre santé, je ne pense pas que c'est le médecin pour vous.

Je n'ai que des éloges pour Dr Gilbert. Un vrai gentleman qui ecoute vraiment, qui prend tout le temps nécessaire, qui suggère plusieurs options de traitement et qui sait comment traiter les problemes de thyroide. Il ne se fie pas qu'aux resultats de laboratoire mais aussi aux symptomes. Sans lui je ne serais pas encore traitee pour mon probleme car mon medecin de famille disait que je n'avais rien . Il a change ma vie et je souhaite qu'il ne prenne jamais sa retraite!!! Merci Dr Gilbert.
