I have been with Dr. Davis since I was 17, i'm 53 today and Dr. Davis retired 4 days ago. Dr. Davis cannot be replaced. It was my pleasure and indeed an honour to be his patient. Dr. Davis is a one of a kind a truly, humble, sincere, Physician with an almost saintly dedication to his patients . His care will be missed.

Dr. Davis is a caring, thorough doctor who takes time to listen. In my case, he took time to administer a routine blood pressure test even though I was seeing him for some other condition --- frozen shoulder I think. He discovered that I had high blood pressure and immediately started the process of getting me on the right medication to control it. I am grateful for that because it will probably add years to my life. When I moved away from the Halifax area and forgot to leave my new address and phone number with his office, Dr. Davis and his staff tracked me down because he wanted some blood work done. I gave Dr. Davis an excellent rating for everything except punctuality where I rated him good. That's because there are times (not always though) when patients spend time in the waiting room while he sees other patients. However, I do not mind waiting because I know he is being extra thorough with the patients ahead of me and when my turn comes, he will take time to listen and check over anything that needs checking. Waiting to see Dr. Davis is actually a pleasant experience, so the good rating is a positive one. Dr. Davis is the best doctor I have ever had.

I have been with Dr. Phil for close to 40 years, save when he was in the U.S.A. As well as being a professional,He has helped me with legal issues as well.I am going to be very sad when he retires. As others have indicated, when you are with him, he never rushes you, looks at his watch, and enables you to explain yourself fully. He is non-judgemental regarding personal issues, and Dr. Phil is truly one of a kind. I love him dearly. Pat is warm and friendly, and a truly great lady. The are an amazing team. John Longaphy

Dr. Davis is one of a kind. He is compassionate, thorough, caring, and makes me feel that he has all the time in the world for me, as I'm sure he makes all his patients feel. Once in his office, you feel like you're the one and only patient of the day. Also, he is knowledgeable and keeps up with his medicine.

I was with Dr Davis for several years but have now moved to Ontario and I can honestly say leaving him was the saddest part of my leaving, I have a new Dr she is nice but thier is no one that can replace the understanding and careing that Dr. Davis brings to his patients.

this man is the very best doctor i have had the pleasure of being a patient. He may have a busy waiting room but when he is done addressing your medical concern, he will invariably ask " so how's everything else going", and you immediately get the sense he means it. Dr. Davis rocks !

I have been seeing DR.Davis for 20 years now. He is the best doctor that anyone could see. he is very compassionate and takes the time to listen to my concerns . He will go out of his way to make sure you are diagnosed properly ,he will make sure you will see a specialist if required. He also looked after my whole family and helped us get through a lot of crisis in our life. He was there for the birth of both our children. I would highly recommend him without hesitation, I fully trust him fully. He is the best and anyone that sees him would totally agree. I just love the man .

Dr Davis is one of the most compassionate people I know he cares first and foremost about his patients, taking the time to listen and than doing his upmost to refer you to the specialist you require. His follow up is amazing he will call you at home just to see how everything went. In my books he is #1

I have been with Dr.Davis since his early days with Drs.Brown & MacGregor.The few years he was away & we were with Dr.Fred Archibald were not good years at all. Dr.Davis always takes the time to listen to the patient and addresses their concerns.I also work in the health care field and patients often tell me about their doctors both good & bad.I certainly know which doctors my family & I will never go to. Dr.Davis is well respected & an example of what good health care is all about. ps Pat is also great ,she is his right hand for sure.
