Never take your child to Dr Krimm! She was unhelpful, incomplete diagnosis, not knowledgeable in neurological disorders and is too arrogant to refer when she doesn't know! Billing staff is utterly incompetent, demands payment but doesn't take charge cards--too cheap to pay the 2%. Her staff is uncaring and rude. We are going back to our Family doc!!

Trying to schedule an appt to change to a new pediatrician. Staff informed she is really booked and the staff didn't offer a call back if an appt opens up. Already not impressed. I herd that she is a good doctor and she was recommended.

Dr. Krimm has been my daughter's pediatrician for years. She came highly recommended by many other Valley moms. She is great with kids and parents and my daughter is always excited to see her for her yearly check-ups. She and her staff have never left us waiting long and her office and exam rooms are very clean. She shows genuine concern towards her patients and their families. She always follows through when she says she will, even if it means personally calling you over the weekend. She has helped my family a great deal and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a reputable pediatrician in the Valley.

Physician did not diagnose my child, and seemed to give up very easily on helping, even though the child was hurting badly.

Dr. Krimm is wonderful. She really listens to kids not just their parents. I like that. She doesn't dismiss their complaints. One doctor that I saw quite a few times told me that my child would just have to be sick and take meds until she was old enough to have surgery to correct her stomach problems. I swear I told Dr. Krimm my daugher's symptoms and she said out of the blue that she knew exactly what was wrong with her. Seriously. And within a few short days we had a diagnosis. My daughter is fine now and not sick to her stomach ever day from the time she wakes up till the time she goes to sleep. Dr. Krimm has literally given me back my happy child. I couldn't say enough good things about her.
