He delivered my child in 2002. It was a traumatic experience for me. I was in labor 36 hours. I haven't trusted doctors since.

July 3,1998 Ectopic Pregnancy. I said to my mama God has my back. After surgery I awakened and my first memories are seeing fireworks out the window I think they were at Walt Disney World and my sister Alisa telling me...you know you are not pregnant. I was 7 and a half weeks pregnant and I named my baby Noah Brae Garner. Not knowing if it was a boy or girl I chose to believe I had a baby boy in Heaven now I don't know what to believe because my life has changed so much and not good. All I have is a scar that had 19 staples and no son and no daughter to see.

We couldn’t have chosen a better doctor throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Mark Alkass was always upfront, honest and to the point. His teammates Shirley & Jasella always shows kindness and compassion. They always ask how my family is doing and remembers my family by name. As time came closer to the end of my pregnancy, Dr. Alkass had a plan in place, and a scheduled induction is the route we took. Walking in for delivery we were greeted by the doctor and staff on the floor and the process was quickly started. As first time parents we were nervous, but he always kept us informed and gave great advice. My husband and I appreciate his style and will continue using him as my doctor. He also circumcised my son before we left our stay. My son was finished crying before he returned to the room and had no issues following. Dr. Alkass will forever be a huge part in our family and we can’t thank him enough.

He was very kind and professional he explained the procedure when I had a question after surgery I called he was very prompte answering my call. I have passed his name on to many of my female friends. I was very pleased, thank u.

Dr. Alkass has now become my favorite OB/GYN. He was the only one I have been to in my life who didn't brush my concerns aside and tell me it will sort itself out with time. He actually took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns and explained that I shouldn't have to just be satisfied with just bearing with these issues. He offered to test for causes of the problems and suggested a few doctors to see for more specialized solutions. I can honestly say he is the first OB/GYN I have ever been to that didn't make me feel like I was a burden on his day.
