Sean did all four of my surgeries. I have severe ankylosing spondylitis and had multiple spinal osteotomies done each time with rods being extended up both sides of my spine each time. I now rods running from my lower back up to the base of my skull.
He was amazing each time and was the only Dr in the maritime to do this surgery in 2009( the first of four surgeries).
He told me.certain things to watch for and if they ever happened to call him, calling next week as I am starting to have some of the complications he warned me about. If anyone can help resolve them it will be Sean!!!

This man is the only reason I am walking today.
I had a terrible accident in 2008 and he worked miracles on my spine and I was running a 10k the following year. I owe a lot to this man.

I’ve had an extensive back surgery, and after two and 1/2 weeks I’ve listened to what he told me to do for recovery! I’m up to 2 miles a day walking which I could only do 100 feet before surgery, I have a new lease on life and would like to thank dr. Sean Christie and the staff at qe 11 for there help. I would highly recommend this doctor!

Saved my Life, career, And Will To live... Life before my c4,5, and 6 was miserable Lot's of Meds pain disabilities. I am an RN, musician WHO needs his hands for both careers.for the months leading up to surgery my condition diminished..... my surgery wasn't Jan 19 2016. Post-op I could immediately used my shoulder while week IT still had From. I was released next AM And Life improved 100% I'm looking forward to seeing him in the near future for my c 8

In my eyes, Dr. Sean Christie is a superhero. He saved my Fiancé’s life by removing a rare spinal tumour. He took a team approach to my partner’s surgery and he was confident and helpful throughout a very traumatic period in our lives. He also had addressed our questions with very clear, easy to understand explanations and we never felt rushed during appointments- quite the opposite. My fiancé had sacral chordoma- a tumour on his lower spine and there were many possible complications that could have happened due to the resection. Dr. Christie let us know about all of the treatment options available while imparting his knowledge of how surgery was a more appropriate option. He followed up after surgery, visiting in the hospital. ( even though he was on vacation) . I have nothing but good feelings for Dr. Christie.
