Dr Jadd is more a part time physician whenever I need to see him he is on vacation. I called the week leading up to Christmas for appointment and he was on vacation until Jan 08 . This is only one example. It seems when I need to get an appointment he isn't available.

Dr.Jadd is very helpful and very accommodating. The staff is top notch. Been with them for more than 20 years.

I have been with dr jadd a very long time maybe 30 years ..I have the most respect for this man…he has helped myself and my family through a lot of stuff…he has always treated me with excellent care and has done the best for me and always takes the time and never rushes I feel giving me quality care…when he decides to retire it will be a very sad day in my home…

Nothing bad of the doctor but they need to answer phones when people call the other staff are rude. And unwilling to work with you. And hope to god your 6 month old cry’s in the waiting room.

Dr Jadd is dismissive and disrespectful, especially if you are a senior. He insists upon booking unnecessary appointments in order to bill OHIP? You are permitted to discuss only one ailment per visit instead of taking a comprehensive look into how symptoms of illness can be multi-faceted. He broke the news of a palliative diagnosis in an off-the-cuff, matter-of-fact manner. Perhaps he should not be in the 'business' of working with vulnerable people. Apalling way to treat people.

Dr. Jadd has been my doctor since I was born. He has been there for me through my highs and lows. He is an amazing human being and is the best doctor anyone could ever ask for!

So we went the until mom kept saying she had a pain in her stomach and he wrote it off as she was fat and then we found out from the hospital she had cancer growing for 7 years. Also I was going there as a teen and he would not transfer me to psychiatrist to get checked out….. so my mental health was severe when I was finally refer to a psychiatrist. He kept telling me it was just because I was a teenager

I can’t say enough about Doc. He listened to everything I had to say, tested me for something I thought I might have but he didn’t, and then treated me for it when it came back positive. Nurse Teresa is also just the best. The care and compassion in this office is amazing.

Dr. Jadd is our whole families' physician. He provides excellent, knowledgeable, evidence based care, delivered with a caring bedside manner. It's obvious in everything he does that he genuinely cares about and supports all his patients. His staff are all wonderful too. We couldn't ask for a better family doctor!
