My two children have gone to Dr. Chan for years. While I think she is a good (but not great doctor), my biggest complaint is the wait time required to see her. It is nearly always a 40 minute wait AT LEAST, but the last straw was a few weeks ago. I took my son in for his annual check-up. We were escorted into the exam room and I was told to strip my little guy down to his pull-ups and wait for the doctor. We waited in that cold room, with my son nearly naked, for 30 minutes (in addition to the 10 we waited in the waiting room). I finally complained and it was only then did Dr. Chan come in to see us. As usual, she apologized for the delay but this time told me there was a computer problem. Really? Our exam lasted all of 7 minutes, and she couldn't take time out to see my son--who she knew was naked and waiting for her--for such a quick exam? This was just further proof that as a pediatrician, her top priority is not her little clients and as such, we will not be seeing her anymore

Dr. Eileen is a great pediatrician. She always takes the time to answer any questions we have, she has a great bedside manner with the kids as well as the parents, she's a very sensible Mom herself - and is super friendly to boot. You can tell that she really likes kids as well - and she takes the time to know your kids.
