Dr Moskalyk should instruct her receptionist to answer the phone! I have been calling her office for months but the receptionist never picked up the phone. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Find yourself another specialist, cause I don’t think this one exists. Was referred by my nurse practitioner, got a CT scan done months ago and haven’t heard from their office yet. No one answers the phone, the office is open maybe for an hour a few times a week. That is not patient care, that’s patient neglect. If you’re to busy, for God sakes don’t accept the patient.

I find it super annoying that no one ever answers the phone when you call there.It seems that the office is always closed for one reason or another. I had a biopsy done in June and waited just about 4 weeks to finally get the results.On August 15th I went to Toronto for an MRI and now we are September 7th and still no word and not even a phone call to book me an appointment. You would think they would be more caring and compassionate.
