My family loves Dr. Britto and his staff. Diagnosed my son's heath issues early. We moved from the area, and travel to see Britto for regular visits.

We love Dr. Britto. He is great with kids, my daughter loves him. He is very cautious and thorough.

Practicing in the area that has the highest rate of Lyme disease in the country, Dr. Britto has no clue how to treat children affected by this horrible illness. He mistreated our son, and when the Lyme returned couple months later in much more serious stage he couldn't even recognize the Bell's palsy on our son's face, and kept reassuring me it's not Lyme at all. Later the palsy was immediately recognized by the neurologist (to his credit, upon my insistence he gave us a referral to neurologist) and we ended up with amazing Dr Ray Jones who treated our son succesfully (but it took almost half a year to get him fully well). The whole experience was horrible and I'll make sure our son never goes to see Dr Britto again

Waited 30 minutes with an appt; never got to see Dr. Only saw NP. For a routine sick visit, in additon to sick pay copay, they added a substantial charge for "non routine diagnostic" His name was on the bill, so I am writing here.
