Dr. Narvaez, is a wonderful doctor and a great person. Sure she does have only 1 receptionist but she too is a nice person. I would recommend Dr. Narvaez to everyone. She has the type of personality that makes you feel comfortable and that is important to have in a doctor. She is very professional and just an all around wonderful person.

Never got in to even see this doctor,but spoke with her on the phone.She asked me to go elsewhere,while accusing me of trying to "manipulate the system".I finally figured out that she was accusng me of trying to run an insurance scam.I was horrified and was distraught for days.Dr. Narvaez was the one who was manipulated,manipulated by her 1 and only employee.This receptionist is a nightmare.I was forewarned,but nothing could have prepared me for this rude and abrasive character.Space here is limited so all I will say is this.I don't care about the receptionist it is the doctor I am most disappointed with.NO one should ever be treated this way,or be judged n accused of such things on the basis of her NEW employee's story.I commend her for sticking by her,but if my patients of 10yrs+ had come to me this way I would definitely look into it.I cannot express how mistreated I was and how horrible this experience has been for me.I would not rec anyone to see this doctor.

Virtually no wait in the waiting room or for appointments -- always a plus. She was very talkative during my checkups and made sure I understood what was going on at all times. All in all, quite a pleasant visit, despite what pain I was experiencing that put me there.
