I love Dr Narvaez, 5 Stars, she is great very personable, down to earth, funny, listens, and makes you feel very comfortable, and she sees you promptly, very little wait time. Her nurse is just okay, she often seems board, no personality, shes asks the reason for the visit prior to the Dr coming in, and she almost seems judgmental, she makes you wish you could just skip her altogether and go strait to the Dr. 2 Stars. Her receptionist is awful, Rude, no personality, doesn't listen, and interrupts you! 0 Stars. Parking is also ridiculousness and expensive, and the Dr won't validate, something like $1.50 every 15 mins, with a $7.00 max, which is usually what everyone ends up paying!! 0 Stars. Its really unfortunate that such a great Dr doesn't have a better Staff that compliments her, or shares her personality!

I was recommended to Dr. Narvaez by a close friend of mine, and I've been a patient of Dr. Narvaez for over two years now, and I am so completely happy with her. She's helped me with so much, and has been a great doctor. I've had some medical issues, and she has been great and extremely helpful with everything. She answers all my questions and makes sure that I don't leave her office with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend Dr. Narvaez.

agree with other poster about her (1 person) staff being incredibly unhelpful and rude. I felt extremely mistreated and disrespected by Dr. Narvaez and her nurse who she will stand by no matter what a patient says. they refuse to turn over files, refuse to help and refuse to listen to reason. my first impression of Dr. Narvaez was that she was very nice but please beware! in the end she does not care about her patient.

Doctor Narvaez is extremely friendly as well as knowledgable. Her receptionist got me an appointment immediately. I had an appointment at 9:00am and was put in the room at 9:00am and was seen by Doctor Narvaez promptly. She was thorough with her exam. I have been seeing her for a year now and wish all Doctors were as good as she is.

I had an appointment w/ Dr. Narvaez but was extremely put off when I was told I would have to pay $175 up front BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR. I had insurance (Blue Cross PPO) at the time. (The doctor I saw instead of Narvaez did not charge me up front, so it wasn't a funny insurance thing.) I have never, ever had a doctor require pre-payment before the exam. I was so turned off by this that I left without seeing her, so I can't comment on her helpfulness or knowledgeability.

Dr Narvaez has excellent rapport with her patients and good availability for appointments with short notice, however, I have had a recurring problem--which is that I get NO calls with test results--even in cases where I made clear that I needed them because they affected my plans for pregnancy. (Blood type.) When I later reproached her/her staff for not calling, she said "oh well, you should tell me next time if you need me to call" (I had.) She also prescribed Lamisil for a toe fungus and when the problem recurred a year later, referred me to an excellent podiatrist who said he'd NEVER have had me take Lamisil in the first place. Because of the 3-month course of Lamisil that we put off attempting to get pregnant. I'm in my late 30s--not like I have limitless time. And she was aware of all of this. I like her personality and she's been a solid Ear, Nose, Throat doctor--but beyond that--I don't have a lot of confidence in her ability to diagnose and effectively treat other ailments.

not even sure she is a real doctor- and the ego is out of this world-she first does great harm- doesn't know when she doesn't know-doesn't care when she finds out how much harm she has caused-and refuses to even turn over the files- she is a nightmare-but then i am sure she will be sued blind soon by someone she kills or causes to spend the rest of their life in misery- how she works for the Culver Studios I have no idea-she takes three months on everything and thinks she is an expert- has no humility and her nurse receptionist is a ****-pure and simple-would appreciate hearing from others who've been damaged by her- please respond to me-post here and I will get in touch- let's sue the crap out of her- by the way offered me services that were not permitted and agreed to bill them differently

I was feeling sick and my normal doctor was out of town, and Dr. Narvaez was able to squeeze in an appointment with me the day I called. Really funny and really nice, it made going to the doctor actually feel good. There's no way I'm going back to my old doctor now.
