Dr.gagnon delivered my baby in 2011 and again in 2022 by c section . He assured me I was going to be ok and his amazing skills had me out of the hospital without 48 hours . Skilled surgeon and both my babies were born at 9lbs 10 ozs and 7lbs 14ozs . He was extra careful and checked for any COVID complications by giving me extra ultrasounds . He’s the only surgeon I would feel completely safe with delivery my babies .

In July 2008 he told me I would regret giving birth to my baby with serious congenital heart defects and suspected Down syndrome. It’s been almost years and he could not be more wrong!

It's hard to write about it due to PTSD for 10 years about how the delivery was with our twins. I suffered obstetrical (cannot post ) by Dr. Gagnon and suffered permanent sterilization when my husband and I expressly told him our desires for birthing and tubal ligation. Both our girls developed autism due to traumatic delivery and we lost one 5 years ago to cancer. It was only then that I got an operative report saying I'd been fully sterilized. I consulted a lawyer but the statue of limitation had long passed and there is nothing I can do about what he did to our family. I don't know how to forgive that. I pray about it often and the children I could no longer have. Never a recommendation from me and he'll never pay for my trauma. How could he do that??? :(

I was referred to Dr. Gagnon for my high risk pregnancy with twins. As others have said, he is very easy going and comfortable to be around. While you may wait in the office to see him, he does not make you feel rushed while you are in the exam room. I ended up being admitted to the ante-natal ward for 11 weeks before delivery. He did an outstanding job of making sure that I was well cared for - physically and emotionally. He and the head resident did a wonderful job during my c-section. You could also tell that he is a great teacher. I didn't hear much of it, but he gave a lecture-like commentary throughout the delivery. By the time the babies were delivered, there were 20 people in the room and Dr Gagnon was definitely in charge. I would recommend him to anyone.

There is not much more that can be said about this doctor that was not already covered here. Dr. Gagnon makes me feel at ease just by walking in the room. In the waiting room, people have come from all over the region just to see him. This has been my first and a very trying time for me. He has made it feel like a joy. His humour and laid back approach belie his knowledge and committment. I consider it an honour to be his patient. His staff is always wonderful and if you have to wait a bit, he always makes you feel like you are the only one when you get in the exam room. I look forward to the delivery with him helping me.

Dr. Gagnon was the best ob i have ever had. I don't think my son would be here if it was for him. He checked everything twice if need. Very friendly, I've never felt so comfortable. He made sure that my delivery went as plan. I was to have a C-section because of complications. Even though he couldn't deliver my son. He was in the hallway telling the other Doctor that i was to have a C-section on his way out. They were asking me if I really wanted to have one, when I went in early labor. If I ever have another child I hope I could see him again!

He was a wonderful, caring doctor. In the end, his diagnosis of possible IUGR was wrong (thank goodness). But he really took the time to explain everything he could to me.

I loved Dr. Gagnon he truly is an amazing doctor. I was referred to him due to having a high risk pregnancy (twins and high blood pressure) however luckily I had no complications and enjoyed the experience. He has a very laid back manner about him that puts you immediately at ease and a pretty good sense of humour.

A truly amazing OB...I lost a son at 22 weeks gestation and he was very honest and to the point about what was going to happen..a few years later when I became pregnant and had a cerclage (cervical stitch)put in and was able to carry to term and deliver a healthy baby...recently I had a set of twins, and again after having a cerclage put in and what a lifesaver that was...I delivered full term again a 8lb 4oz boy and a 7lb 11oz girl. His confidence is reassuring and his knowledge is welcoming...when my son was born he had difficulty breathing and Dr. Gagnon was able to tell me in laymans terms what was happening which was very comforting after having lost one a few years earlier. A true pioneer in obstetrics! Almost makes you want to have more babies...I said almost...
