Dr. Townsend is always late and behind. Plan at least an hour or more for your visit.

I would not recommend Dr. Townsend. Went to the appointment, one nurse looked like she didn't look like she could smile and heard her and the other nurses were bad mouthing other staff. Then met her. She intelligent, but likes to talk about herself and family. When I told her how hard to reach someone directly and get a return call, she started bad mouthing the nurses. Then she suggested that my child should have their well child visits with her. I told her I wanted to go to my family, then she bad mouthed that doctor. I find her unprofessional and only cares about the money.

Dr. Townsend and her nurses are wonderful. Always answer my questions. She is so knowledgible and understanding from both the point of view as a doctor and as a mother of 4.
