I rated this way because I've gone to him for years and he is EXTREMELY knowledgable but you must also know he does things a little different and has (in my opinion) an odd personality and at times he can make me seem uncomfortable. The main thing though is that he knows his stuff so if you need a second opinion I'd recommend him for that possibly more than as your main pediatrician.
