The office in Ferndale is a complete joke. DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going to Dr. Namans Epic office for 3 years. He is listed on my paper work as my dr. The funny thing is, I have never met him. Book an appointment and he will send in one of his crappy nurse practitioners. I made the huge mistake of sticking with these guys for so long. Now I am fighting to get my health back trying to find doctors who actually care. I will try my hardest to discourage anyone from going here. It is a racket. The set back this office has caused in my life is a major one and I would hate to see anyone have to go through the same thing. Dr. Naman and his office only care about one thing. Money. They will run as many tests as they can to make as much money as they can, don’t let them fool you. When you question what they are doing they will get rude with you. This office should be ashamed at how they treat their patients. Trust Me. DO NOT GO HERE!

Not sure about others, but my experience with Dr. Naman was that he knows the latest medicine, explains why he chose my course of treatment and even joked with me to keep me at ease! I signed up for their patient portal and got my test results online - a much better system than calling for them. They didn't ask me to come in again for test results. That just sounds weird. Maybe they are just old reviews.

Been a patient for a long time. I have to agree with the previous review. Tests results that are normal will not be given over phone. You have to make appt. a few times I thought I had something wrong and I went in to find everything was okay. Waste of money. You have to wait a long time to see dr Naman or a nurse. I like dr Naman and he is very knowledgeable, but I may be looking for a new doctor

Dr. Naman is competent enough, but the office staff can be pretty awful - rude and often unhelpful. Patients who even politely express dissatisfaction or frustration are either ignored or even mocked. The way their practice is run very poorly for patients. There's always a wait and it seems too many patients are always scheduled. The worst is that the doctors refuse to provide what are often routine test results via phone, insisting that patients come in for a visit, even when no further action is required. This seems tantamount to insurance fraud on their part, which is bad for everyone. Not saying it is fraudulent, but just a very non-patient-centric way to run a practice.
