Dr. Palomares was my two daughters' pediatrician until age 21. Now he's the pediatrician for my two nieces and nephew. He's an excellent doctor and very caring. He's very thorough and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent pediatrician, very caring, does not believ in medication and over medication, tries to understand the problem. Treated my son from birth (now 20) and my daughter (now 8).
