Have been seeing Dr Sloan for many years, noticing a decline in customer service as their patient flow has increased; specifically front desk team. Can recommend Dr Sloan’s services, but the climate in the office doesn’t make for an enjoyable visit.

Came in, read my intake form I filled out, asked if I had any medical issues, wanted to look at my issue but barely did (done in 10 seconds) , told me what I had, wrote some Req, had someone else come in to sell me their items which was well over $100.00 - appt was done. Never really got a change to show him this issue or tell him whats been going on - had pictures as well.. seemed like he didn't really care and I was just another pt he had to get out as quickly as possible.

I have seen Dr. Sloan multiple times, and the office staff was professional, and the answers or diagnosis that I received were well explained. My concerns were always addressed.

Waited 6 months to get in, he came in room and spoke so fast I could barely understand him. Handed me a phamlet and said I needed some of his paid services. Left as quick as he entered. Only seemed interested in me spending money. Would not go back.

Dr. Sloan was prompt and accommodating. My concerns were addressed and resolved quickly. He made me feel comfortable and explain thoroughly what he was doing and after care.

I have been seeing Dr.Sloan for many years. He is always very knowlegeable and takes the time to explain and treat my skin issues. I have seen other dermatologists but have not had great success. Dr.Sloan is very proactive and finds the best solutions and course of action to treat his patients. I fully recommend him for any skin issues or conditions. Overall, he is excellent, professional, and friendly!
