Staff amazing. So friendly and kind. Dr Sloan the cherry on top. Bravo.

My visit with Dr. Sloan was comfortable and enjoyable. He was professional, yet personable and was able to provide me with some answers. His office was clean and the staff were very friendly! I would definitely recommend Dr. Sloan for any of your dermatological needs.

Not happy at all. He barely looks at you. Immediately pulls out liquid nitrogen. Oversprays tiny areas, not enough on other areas. On two separate occasions he has overlooked a basal cell that was immediately picked up by another doctor on my first visit. Rushes you out. I won't make the mistake of going back to him.

Horrible experience. No regard for covid procedures...tiny office jam packed with people. One of the ladies behind desk sitting with her mask dangling off her ear, Dismissive, arrogant, quick to use freezing without consent. Barely looks at you, was in his office for only couple of minutes. Literally the worst doctor and I find it hard to believe that these “5 star” reviews are genuine.

I felt very little care was taken with my skin issues , either what it was, why it happens, what to expect. Freezing was applied liberally and I am left with very scarred skin. Wish I had read the reviews.

Wow I guess you either love or hate this doc. I went there kind of sceptical after reading reviews. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, it was a longer wait then I anticipated and the doctor was very quick, yes I felt rushed. The nurse came in explained everything to me made sure I had no more questions. Yes I bought the product, It’s been just a little over a week and already there is a huge improvement in my skin. Overall I’m glad I went anyway.

I saw Dr Sloan for bad acne scaring on my face. He sold me some products and peel procedures. My skin is gorgeous thanks to Dr Sloan and his products. I feel amazing, I’m so glad I took his advice.

This was my first time ever seeing a dermatologist and it was an absolutely terrible experience. I have very mild acne and he looked at my face for maybe 2 seconds and prescribed me some antibiotics and creme (both of which he did not explain). He also recommended accutane???? Why on earth would you recommend accutane to someone with such mild acne? He clearly prescribes and recommends the same thing to each patient with acne that he sees regardless of the severity of the acne itself. He also was extremely rushed and maybe spent one minute with me. Do yourself a favour and do not see this doctor.

I dont understand all these 5 star reviews. It must be family and friends (if he has any). Arrogant, standoffish and uses this office as a money making factory. Wait 4 months for a 3 minute visit...then the push to buy products.

I’ve seen this Dr for years, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well they have adjusted to and are managing the office during COVID. Friendly staff with smiles and the Dr is a real great character, quick and efficient. I highly recommend this dermatologist.
