With two kids going through treatment at the Richmond hill office we have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is so patient and efficient. They were beyond great when my youngest had anxiety about letting anyone touch his mouth. They were also always very accommodating if we needed to change and appointment or come in for an emergency fix. After going to this office for several years we have always had a great experience.

My daughter’s entire dance school saw Drs. Davis and Leung. They all have beautiful shiny smiles! It has been a pleasure coming here with my daughter. Great treatment, on-time service and super caring doctors and staff. Not sure what these recent reviews are all about. It’s so busy and all the patients are obviously happy. Perhaps one disgruntled patient or a competitor?

Nothing but positive things to report all around. The customer care at the RH office is exceptional - Dr. Davis himself called the day after our daughter got her braces to check-in on her! The office gives back to the RH community. Staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. Have recommended many other families to this wonderful orthodontic office

I don't think I met Dr. Davis, my son's ortho treatment was done by other staff in the Richmond Hill office. However, after 3 and a half years of treatment I am pleased with the result. The staff was courteous, appointments done on time, the treatment was costly but worth it. Overall it was a good experience.
