Great office. Staff were very professional. Excellent experience. Definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I cannot think of anything that marred our positive experience. The office is set up in a way that is non-threatening to the young clients , and also that keeps parents and siblings who are waiting during the appointment comfortable and entertained. We enjoyed the special events, like annual movie day and ice cream day, and the occasional freebies (hand sanitizer, mother's day rose, baseball cap). The work done on my boy's teeth was excellent, and he had an excellent relationship with his very friendly and competent hygienist Ellie at the Richmond Hill office. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recomend this place. Sat in on the consultation for my son, what an arrogent phony person, didn't even aplogize about being late nor, did he let me get a word in.

Jaws too narrow, pushed extractions. Straight teeth, good bite, but my jaws are recessed and my palate is so narrow i cant even fit my tongue into it. They should consider the long term damage theyre doing to peoples faces while trying to force straight teeth. overall bad outcome.

I found staff changed recently, not the level of service i am used to from past. Some old staff there and understand the needs of patients. Dr kevin davis is a miracle worker, that i am sure of, very good at what he does,.

We received excellent service and care at Davis Orthodontics. Dr. Kevin Davis and his staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring. They went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had a comfortable experience. Her teeth look amazing! I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kevin was amazing, my child really liked him. I can't believe how wonderful this experience was for my child and for me as a parent. It was such a friendly place and I couldn't be happier with my child's teeth. They look amazing!! Every staff member was amazing, I would highly recommend Davis Orthodontics to anyone.

My kids went to the Richmond Hill office and they always liked the staff and doctors. They never wanted to go anywhere else. A lot of their friends go there too
