Office staff not helpful, rude. Dr. is rude and a bit of bully if you don't agree with treatment plan. We switched to another pediatrician that we're very happy with.

Dr. Payne is a wonderful, caring pediatrician. We have been with her since our older child (now 5) was born. She is smart, thoughtful, and a good listener, and both my kids seem to like her. The nurses are lovely, too. I wish the front desk was a bit more "high- tech" but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, she is a top doctor and I feel lucky to have her caring for my kids.
