I'd rate her negative stars on helpfulness if I could as she is actively detrimental to me and my family's health. Like other reviewers, we have had several instances where she has misdiagnosed our valid health concerns to the point where two different family members ended up in the ER.

Dr. Patel has known me for a long time yet every visit I have to retell her most of my medical history then she looks up medications she has prescribed me. She will dismiss my concerns, says no to tests I want, rushes through every appointment. If she had given the requisition for the certain test I could have been diagnosed early instead of ending up in the hospital in immense pain. Patel is rude and judgmental - I expressed I needed help and wanted to go back on anti-depressants and she said NO and that “taking one pill won’t solve everything” like excuse me ?! I feel belittled and unheard - a doctor shouldn’t make you feel like this.

Dr. Patel has been my Doctor for 25 years and I find her very compassionate and always ready to listen if something is bothering me and will always offer her expertise to make me feel better. She is very transparent and a very brilliant doctor so I am a very happy and satisfied patient. I like her a lot.

My experience with staff has mostly been ok. Every visit, I have to share the same information about myself again - she has forgotten the medications she has prescribed to me. I would think they keep history on file for the patients - I'm all for confirming information because things do change but to have every visit feel like it's the first time I'm meeting her doesn't generate confidence. She is usually very dismissive and I don't feel like I'm heard. It's very transactional and even then I've had more thorough conversations with walk-in clinic physicians.

She belittles our problems, and never listens thoroughly. She is always in a rush to see her next patient, and makes us feel like our problems are not real or serious enough for her time. She refuses to do tests we ask for, has misdiagnosed a serious condition, and never seems to remember the name or important information about her patients that she has known for 12+ years. Would not recommend.

I have been going to Dr Patel for over 15 years and she’s a laid back fantastic Doctor. When I go there with a concern she takes the right approach and smdoes what needs to get done. If I ask her to check something. She has no issue with it however if she’s super busy the se o dart concern will be addressed with an another appointment which I don’t mind. Mindfulness is important to me! That said I like her! Her secretary is okay no issues. I would chose someone with is sharper with alittle more medical knowledge. Other then that all good so I have no idea what others are complaining about.

Has let both me and my family down on a numerous occasions. Missed diagnosis' on serious conditions, unresponsivess, lack of due diligence. Only cares about swiping the health card, will tell you to come in for visits when not needed and will rush you out. Unfortunately, we learnt our lesson going to her the wrong way.
