Dr. MacKinlay and his staff are Great. Hes been my dentist for over 25 years. He pulled all four of my wisdsom teeth and put braces on them. He is kind, understanding and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. He also put me on a payment plan and will work with you to your financial needs if necessary. Two Thumbs UP!!

Doctor MacKinlay saved mine and my brothers and sisters teeth. He did a wonderful job with my crowns and bridge. This work was all done in the 80’s. He worked with my parents on a very affordable payment plan. Times were tough in the 80’s in Sarnia. I have to say that the person who gave Dr MacKinlay a 1 for helpfulness and 1 for staff needs to take responsibility for their own actions and pay their own bills and ensure mail is forward at the post office. Seems like it is everyone else’s fault when her bills aren’t paid. Grow up!

I have been going to Fraser for over 30 years and he is the best.He saved my teeth for all being extracted. What a great guy. His receptionist is the best there is. Need I same more about the rest of the staff - fabulous.

My wife and I have had the good fortune to have Fraser as our dentist for over 23 years (since we moved back to Canada).He is the best dentist we have ever had in quality of work and understanding and this is matched by his staff.

I loved having him as a dentist, he was wonderful. I owed a last payment of $50.00 for a pulled wisdom tooth. I paid it (or thought I had..don't trust your crummy boyfriend with cash to pay bills) and had moved residences. The old landlord didn't forward the late notices, and thus I did not realize I had an outstanding balance. I went to school for a few years and one day I got a toothache. I called his office and said I had an emergency and could I get an appointment. I was told very abruptly and rudely that I had an outstanding balance since whenever it was, and I should call someone else. This a mere three weeks after I told my (new) Boyfriend to go to Dr. Mackinlay to have dental work done to the tune of $2700.00. I was left with a throbbing tooth and feeling like a child slapped on the wrist. If you had a problem with my paying, I would have just paid you up front.

I have been going to him for about 20 years and I now take my children to him because he is a great dentist. I have never felt a thing! I will be a patient of his until he retires..(which isn't too soon I hope!)

Dr. MacKinlay is the best dentist/dental surgeon that you could ever hope to have. He is very personable, knowledgable and knows what he is doing. You can trust him and you can talk to him, he listens! His staff is just as amazing! Thank you, Dr. MacKinlay! You are a model dentist!
