Very knowable and caring doctor. Three days after our son was born we found ourselves in the pediatric emergency room at our local hospital. When the emergency room physicians wanted to send us home, he made a phone call and 20 minutes later we were admitted. His action to keep us in the hospital lead to the discovery of a medical condition that would have certainly caused blood poisoning and damaged brain function. Dr. Kaplan also always takes as much time as we need to get all of the information we need during our well baby visits. Excellent doctor.
