Dr. Sengupta is an absolutely negligent doctor! He saw my daughter when she had a severe injury to her toe. He did NOTHING to treat her. Didn't even clean the injury. A few days later we ended up at urgent care with a very serious infection. They sent us straight to the ED. Everyone we encountered at urgent care and the ED at Strong was SHOCKED she wasn't put on preventative antibiotics because her toe was so injured. She was very close to the infection traveling into her broken bone and losing her toe or worse. Sengupta shouldn't be practicing medicine. My daughter could have been permanently disfigured and he cost us thousands of dollars. He also didn't treat my fiends daughter for a tick bite and she ended up with Lyme disease.

Dr. Sengupta told my daughter who was in third grade that if she didn't go to school her mother would be put in jail. Extremely inappropriate!! My daughter has a chronic illness and fortunately we found a doctor who did not jump to conclusions but was willing to investigate and come to a proper diagnosis. I immediately pulled our family of three children from his practice. He is arrogant and did not respond to my letter of concern re: his behavior. Beware!!
