This practice is terrible. I'm in the process of switching doctors. They wouldn't fax over the medical records and told me I have to pay for them. That's illegal to hold that information. The new doctor even called and sent a release fo to have them fax it over to the new doctor. They wouldn't do it. Then they didn't want to tell us how much we had to pay. My husband showed up to the office over there to pay and get the medical records and they refused to give it to him they sai they would do it Friday because "they do other things then print out papers all day". The exact words from the woman on the office. Meanwhile my daughter is having a uti problem and they are holding us back from getting her taken care of right away. Horrible money hungry pieces of shot over there. Please just stay away from this practice.

Two of must children go to Dr. Nussbaum for asthma, allergies, behavior. My children have special needs but were never on any medications. Since switching to this practice my children have been on med after med. They have all of my children on 2+ behavior meds claiming this or that is wrong with them. They make me bring in each child over 3 times a month. He claims to me hes an "expert" in behavior issues then why are my children getting worse? His wife is done right nasty! She belittles me & screams at me in front of my children. I'm made to feel like a horrible mother because I have made a phone call while in the waiting room. I feel bullied & abused every time I set foot in his office. He told me one time to bring in my daughters un-used meds to give to other patients that can't afford to pay for their meds. So because I didn't feel safe giving my child a medication any more its safe to give another? Parents beware of this office! You will leave feeling horrible!

Have seen doctor for over 20 years. Youngest child has special needs, would not give prescription for occupational therapy despite reviewing full evaluation of child. Dr. Nussbaum told staff, "I do not feel right signing this." Doctor gave no reason. Doctor did not have courtesy to call me to discuss despite a relationship over 20 years.

The doctors & nurses in this practice were good. Unforutnately the office staff (reception and espically the billing office) were unprofssional, unknowledgeable, & arrogant to the point we transfered the kids from the practice. I would pass this group by and find another.

This office staff is the worst I have ever seen. Rude, Condescending, just Awful. When I approached Dr. Nussbaum about it, he was apologetic... but five minutes later while I was being berated and mistreated by his staff yet again, he just stood there and said nothing. When we started using Child health plus, their behavior got so much worse. Like getting laid off was a choice we made to get affordable health care for our son. Needless to say, we are changing doctors. And in response to others who say he is over prescribing asthma meds, I guess we will find out.

Dr. Nussbaum clearly knows what he's doing when it comes to treating ADHD in kids.
