Ridiculous doctor. Needed a referral for toddler and refused to give, said "What is a referral" " I dont give referrals" and this was the only way I could receive special testing for child. Talked to another mother whose daughter use to be a patient of Dr. Chang, and her daughter was not diagnosed w. cerebral palsy by him. She kept telling him something was wrong, she can't even sit up yet at 1 yr. old and her daughter had to response to reflex tests. Dr. Chang told her that her daughter was fine and wouldn't give her a referral to specialist. This 8yr. old girl is now diagnossed w. Cerebral palsy and in the hands of very caring doctors. Don't say you weren't warned.

My 3 year old son, Noah, sees Dr Chang and this doctor is just wonderful!! Noah loves to go and doesn't even mind getting his shots! The doctor is quite personable and his office staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Chang to others!!
