I would rate as a zero if I could. Staff is rude. Doctor has serious mood swings. She has been on probation and probably needs to be checked to see if she has a mood disorder or is self-medicating.

Dr and her staff are unprofessional. She is moody and unpredictable. She rushes through exams and doesn't explain anything. I got worse after the boatload of medications she prescribed. New doc took me off because she over medicates. She doesn't know what she is doing, I was hospitalized due to her incompetence. Look her up on Ohio Medical Board website. She is unethical. Stay away.

8-21-13 took me and my x-wife back to small room and demanded money for services they did not provide they called sprindale police when my x-wife refused to pay that whole place is unprofessional you can get a report of this at springdale police dept 8-21-13 4:30pm officer Brandon osborne

I can not believe this dr.is inher business.look her up on Ohio state medical board. So many charges. She even worked under her husband just so she could get her liscence back.How did medical board allow this to happen...what she put her patients thru at better care family practice in springboro...she shouldn't be able to treat rats...look her up...
