I have been going to doctor Khan for four years and I am very happy with her service. I was having medical issues from a knee surgery and I was getting jerked around at Mercy hospital. I was running high fevers and losing weight. My knee doctor could not find anything wrong with me and told me that I was imagining my symptoms. Doctor Khan detected a staff infection on a pic line that I had for taking antibiotics. Her diagnosis saved my life. Had I waited another day I would not be writing this recommendation.

Dr. Khan seems very knowledgeable. She is also very polite. She tends to speed through the instructions she gives at the end of appointments, though. The professionalism of her staff has varied widely in the years I've been seeing her. On one occasion my blood pressure was taken by a young man who looked about 16. On two occasions I was treated rudely by receptionists.

Carpet and office is normally dirty. Office staff can be surlly. Pro: pretty easy to get an appointment. They usually run behind about an 1 hour.

Dr. Khan is an excellent physician. I have been her patient for over 3 years. She knows what she is doing and SHE CARES. She follows up with phone calls when lab results come back to her office. I give her A+

I went in to her office because it was close to my house & because it's a walk-in clinic. I was walking outside one day & a small twig somehow went into my foot (wearing flip flops). My foot started swelling immediately. I showed her my foot and she didn't seem very worried. I told her that it should be taken out because my body seemed to be reacting very badly to it. She refused to take it out and advised to let it sit there and work its way out! Trust me this was not a minor SPLINTER. It was a small TWIG. She prescribed antibiotics even though my foot was very very swollen. She said to go home and rest. I didn't trust her judgment and went to the ER. The ER staff was shocked that a dr. would send me home after seeing how infected my foot was. I could barely walk so the ER gave me crutches. Then I had to have surgery to remove all the pus that had accumulated and they found 2 small twigs! This entire ordeal lasted a MONTH. I just don't want anyone else to go through what I did.
