My first time today was to repair a chipped tooth that was due to a cavity I didn't know was there. I chose this one because of the high rating and got in in 3 days time! Nice! Everything was very good!! I have a cleaning next month.

The best best best best that there is. Patient, confident, rough around the edges but know s how to do it and run his business. Unbelievable staff and respect that he gets from them. I have never seen anything like him. God bless him!!!!!

I have to agree. He put crown on every tooth on my mouth and changed my life for the better. A doctor assisted him so he could learn but the assistant was around and the Satan are all great. Love this dentist and the great job he did and he deserves Ana award for it if there was one to give. I told him to take picture and spread it around of my teeth but he was more concerned about my privacy than advertising his great work.

Everything about this place is excellent. Dr. Mady, his staff , his associates and the hospital grade air purifiers they have at the clinic. Best of all, the environment is a low stress, laid back atmosphere. I have never been this calm at the dentist until I started attending Madison Dental. There is also a Mac's next door which is super convenient.

I have had several dentists before meeting and becoming a patient of Dr. Mady. In the past, I was always terrified of going to the dentist for several reasons, the biggest being my fear of the dentist and being self conscious about the way my teeth looked. My fear of going to the dentist was something that was an issue for me, ever since I was a child and was always there into adulthood. I was 45 when I began seeing Dr. Mady, almost instantly, I knew that there was something different about this dentist, his staff, and the office environment. I had never felt so comfortable being at the dentist like I was coming to this office. I have been a patient of his for the last 20 years and I can say that I no longer have a fear of the dentist, in fact, I look forward to going to my appointments and seeing Dr. Mady and his staff. Getting over my fear of the dentist was something that I thought would never happen, Dr. Mady and his staff are directly responsible for this, I have no doubt about that, for this I am thankful to Dr. Mady and his staff. The story does not end here. As I stated earlier I have always been self conscious of the way my teeth looked, I have lived with this and have always thought that they will always look that way. As if helping me get over my fear of the dentist wasnt enough, Dr. Mady has managed to restore my self confidence and give me a smile that I could have never dreamed of! I elected to do something about my teeth and the way they looked and was told that it would be somewhat of a process and a thorough treatment plan to get them looking the way I have always wanted. After careful planning and execution of the treatment plan, I cant stop smiling! Dr. Mady and his staff took care of me and made my dream come true! I cant thank them enough for making the process as easy as it can be, being supportive, and making me look and feel younger! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! If you are looking for a dentist and office that cares about their patients and their concerns more than anything else, this is the place for you!

An incredible Dentist! Patient, kind, funny, with an excellent knowledge base. Up to date on the lastest dental techniques! Always gives alternatives. Is not a money grabber! I have been a patient for 20 years and have referred many other persons, who also really like him! His staff are so kind and considerate, about you. I have found that the busier he gets the longer the wait to get an appointment, which makes sense. He's that good!!! An excellent cosmetic dentist also. Awesome with children! A genuine person, the stress of being in the chair is minimized by his wonderful sense of humour! I'll keep him!!

This is by far the best dental office I have ever stepped foot into. Dr. Mady and his staff have done nothing but put a smile on my face ever since I walked in the door for my first visit. This is the most patient, kind, and compassionate dental team I have ever encountered. I am very blessed and appreciative that I discovered Madison Dental in Windsor and I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. Yesterday I left with a beautiful smile on my face. I was seen at this practice previously but had not been for a number of years, After speaking to the very helpful receptionist I was re-established on the patient list and given an appointment for the following week. Dr Dave was friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

I have been going to Dr Mady for 25 years now, and it will truly be a loss when he eventually retires. I don’t love having my teeth examined, but Dr Mady makes it very bearable. He’s always remembered what’s going on in my life from previous visits, asks about life and work, has an easy going personality and a sense of humour. I had to have a couple shots last week prior to a procedure and I didn’t even feel them. I was mentally distracting myself as he was doing it and not asking questions, but I had to ask the assistant afterwards if that was the needles or if it was just him examining. It was the needle. I don’t mind going to see him at all, I wish all health care providers could be like him!

I cannot say enough how painless was my last root canal done by Dr Mady. I didn’t feel the freezing meedle or any of the procedure. He was superb.
