I have gone to this office for 22 years. I began having a problem, my family doctor told me to see gym asap.. Office staff was rude and couldn't give me appointment. I was told they were short handed and too busy. When I told the receptionist that I would tell Dr Troy this'd info, she called me next day and gave me appointment for that week. I arrive on time and wait over an hour in waiting room before being told Dr Troy had emergency. I'm finally brought to exam room . Dr Megan Nelson comes flying in room in scrubs, I'm told that she is taking out my IUD.. I had to stop her and tell her I why I was there to begin with.. I gave her a list of my symptoms.. She nastily said only one pertains to her.. She began to see xamine me while telling assistant to hand her things,, after the fact , told me i several possible things that it could have been that she just couterized. I was so upset and

Couldn't even think of what to say.. I have never had such bad treatment in any doctors office!

I love this doctor. I first went to a female doctor and she was very rough and reckless. I felt more comfortable with doctor Jacobson. I plan on going back.

Dr. Jacobson is extremely busy, so there is usually a fairly long wait to see him once you are at his office, if it's just a routine exam; however, he is the best Gynecologist ever, so I'm willing to put up with the wait.

very punctual. I am in and out in less than 45 minutes (total) .. Dr J takes time to talk to you after exam, after dressed, in his office. not intimidating. very straight forward - very knowleddgeable! a pleasure to work with him and his staff.

I like the man. He can be a bit abrupt, but he's not offended if you are as well. He's actually called me on a Saturday evening over a concern I had. It's not the first time he's called me on a weekend. How many doctors do that? Not many. I like him and I'll stick with him even if he's abit mouthy at times, but I don't believe he means harm. I think it's way of trying to put someone at ease.
