Dr Gentile has been in practice for many years. I think it's time for him to retire. He is the expert, and don't you dare go against his word. On every single occasion that we saw him, he undermined my parental decisions and opinions. He is very condescending and rude. He is not a people person. My children think he is "creepy". He never addressed my kids directly, and I found this odd. His PA Steve on the other hand is AMAZING.

One office clerk seems to be unfriendly at times and doesn't smile. The front office ppl do a great job with fitting patients in, even on their busy days! Dr. Gentile and Dr. Steve are really great!! They take the time to sit down and talk to you or listen to your childs needs. We always leave happy and taken care of.. wE RECOMMEND THESE DOCTOR!!!

I used Dr. Gentile for about 3 years and was pretty happy until one day he asked me, in front of my very verbal child, what my religious beliefs were and started proselytizing about Christianity even though I mentioned that we were not church goers. I had to listen to him for about 20 minutes ask inappropriate questions about my religion and it became very awkward for us. The doctor's office is certainly NOT the place for this and it left my daughter and I very unsettled. We never went back and found a superb alternative. He needs to keep his beliefs out of his practice and stop alienating people with his forceful words about it.

I've been seeing Dr Gentile for 5 yrs now for my 2 sons. He's very nice and takes the time to talk to you and your child. Staff were very nice from the front office to med assts. They moved to their new office about 2 yrs ago and it's very nice, clean, and big, and their wait time had improved since they hired more staff. His PA is also very nice and very friendly to your child. i highly recommend him.

We changed doctors after three appointments where we waited between 45 minutes to an hour for a scheduled appointment. They were promising by taking us out of the waiting area within 15 minutes. But, then we had to sit in a cold exam room for 30 to 45 minutes! In a pediatric office! Do you want to sit in non-entertaining quarters with your toddler/preschooler for that long? Not to mention, the doctor and/or nurse practitioner never offered apologies for their lack of punctuality. There are a lot of other pediatrics in the area. Dr. Gentile is nice and the kids like him, but no pediatrician is worth that wait time.

Dr. Gentile and entire staff are great at getting you in when you need it! They actually remember us when we come in each time. I like the way they talk to, and treat my son. ALL my questions are always answered no matter how crazy they sound!

He alway agree with everything I say so it doesn't clarfiy much of the information that I want to know. He doesn't mention any prescription unless I asked for it. When leaving message with his nurse, I never got the call back.
