I saw Dr. Christensen for my pregnancy due to a positive screen for Down Syndrome. I was nervous, and not certain of the future. After the wait to see the doctor, I truly understood the work he does. He was caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He explained, and gave me options going forward. I chose to have an amnio, it was a painless procedure. His nurse was fantastic, even held my hand. Everything had a positive outcome at the end. I thanked my OB for sending me to this wonderful Doctor, he was a blessing. People complained about the wait, I guess their time is more important than their health, or the health of their unborn child. My husband and I are grateful, and will recommend this office, his staff, and his services and care to any patient. God bless him with good health so he can continue caring for his patients.

I was referred to Dr. Christensen by my OB, and Dr. C is an amazing doctor & his staff as well. Yes the wait time is a little out of the ordinary, but if you want good treatment and service, you will be patient, because that is exactly what you are the "PATIENT". I have seen him weekly, since I was 22 weeks pregnant due to having Gestational Diabetes. Prior to this pregnancy in 2010, I was pregnant and went into early labor at 22 weeks and was devastated, my baby girl did not make it. So as you can imagine, I have been terrified this time around, thinking the same would happen again. Every visit he reassured everything was okay with the baby and myself. I was put on a strict diet (not really a diet, but that't what I called it) only because of the GD and my sugar. I am now 39 weeks today and I am scheduled for induction on Monday. I'm so anxious and excited to meet my son. Thank you Dr. Christensen and staff. :)

As a physician myself, I feel my time (like ANY other patient's time) is valuable. To be expected to wait 3 hours to be seen is ridiculous. When I asked to speak to the office manager, I was told she was not there. After I spoke up, 3 other waiting patients thanked me for speaking out. When I spoke with the doctor, he said, 'Well, that's just how this office is. People have to wait to be seen. This is just how this office runs.'

I was very disappointed with my visit to this doctor. The sonographer was good but the doctor made me feel rushed.

Dr. Christensen is an amazing doctor. Although the appointment times can run long I imagine this is how most offices are. I had to see Dr. Christensen multiple times a week and I was hospitalized for a week. My son was vey ill but Dr. Christensen even took the time to follow up with me after he was born. He took time with me each appointment and answered questions etc. I never felt rush and I imagine he gives all of his clients the same respect. I believe the office starts appointments early so that when Dr. Christensen arrives to the office (after rounding on his patients in the hospital) he can start seeing them immediately. On the day that I was sent to deliver my son Dr. Christensen took the time to pray with my husband and I. There aren't many doctors out there who recognize the emotional aspect/take the time to care for patients this way. I would and have recommended him to many people.

Every appt was 3-5 hours long. They recommended an amnio which ended up causing even more complications with my pregnancy.

The wait is horrendous and the red-head that runs the office is rude and unprofessional.

The office is never on schedule. But I feel the wait is well worth it. Dr. Christensen spent a good amount of time going over, discussing, and answering any questions we asked. I did not feel rushed in any way. After multiple miscarriages he helped save our babys life. He is very knowledgable and patient.

This is the worst doctor I have been to in a long time. My appt time was 12pm. I didn't have my ultrasound until 3pm and it lasted 30 minutes. I didn't see the doctor until 5pm. So unless you are unemployed or have an entire day to waste, find another doctor. When I did finally see him, he spend about 5 minutes with me doing nothing more then showing the the ultrasound photos again. The tech did a better job a telling me whatever thing was compared to the doctor. Also, I don't speak spanish. He spoke spanish to his nurses, which made me uncomfortable, because I wasn't sure what he was saying. This guys is suppose to be a specialist, and all he could tell me what he think everything looks OK. *Thinks*? Thanks guy, I could have gotten that answer from my OB. Skip this doctor, and if you are refereed to him, ask for another referral.
