Worst shrink on planet.. Only cares about the $$$$ Like others that complained about same thing. Billing department screwed up several times and refused to take any responsibility. Dr. Aboeush refused any responsibility for the errors of his offices as well.. There is constant turnover of staff cause people cannot work for him. I have spoken with many in the mental health field AFTER seeing him (my fault) only to find out that he has a very poor reputation from his peer groups. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this puppy mill shrink

I waited over two and a half hours for a 15 minute appointment. It was ridiculous.

I agree with everyone that has written review. A very uncaring, money hungry so called doctor. I would never ever recomend this man to anyone and I have told others go somewhere else. Ive told others to travel to Redding or Sac to see a doctor spend the money on the gas if they want to get better. I was going through a rough time in my life not wanting to harm myself or others just very depressed. Went to see what theraputic solutions had to offer not knowing that you have to see him because he owns it and saw him 3 times you have to see him when in therapy and on the 4th week I told him that do to my divorce I had to file bankruptcy and he asked for a check for $500 to cover his fee I had insurance that was paying him so I said no way I just files bankruptcy he wasnt included in the filing. The next day he discharged me to be on my own when the weeks before he said I was severly, acutely depressed. Its all about the money everyone is correct. Makes you more depressed

A total quack who should be in jail. He knows how to play the system so he is hard to take down, but he will be taking a fall soon. If you, or your child, have been harmed by this person, please press your case. He has ruined too many young peoples lives , and needs to be stopped.

Dr.Abouesh worked at Enloe Behavorial Health Center from 2004-7. He is Muslim & from Egypt where severe prejudice exists against the Bahai's. They rob & burn down their homes without punishment for example. I worked as an RN with him where he verbally abused many nurses and as soon as he discovered I was a Baha'i, the verbal abuse escalated & I believe he demanded my political termination for reporting the abuse. I was terminated as a single mother of 5 sons causing emotional and financial distress.

DO NOT waste your time and/or money to see Dr. Abouesh! He glady took my $300 and only spent 15 minutes with me (first visit is supposed to be 50 minutes) and didn't listen to a word I said or even seem to care at all. He only cared about getting his money. His office staff was also very rude. This guy is a total joke for as much schooling that he has...he obviously did not learn a thing and should NOT be in this field. He also billed my insurance when I specifically wrote for him not to...I also did not sign a waiver to even allow his office to bill my insurance and they did. Can you say 'illegal'? So, he collected from me AND my insurance company. Totally illegal!! Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and expense and DO NOT see this man or anyone else at his office! I even wrote him a letter about his behavior and lack of service and he did not even have the decency to respond.

Dr Abouesh's FNP treated my daughter, but all medications prescribed by Dr. Abouesh. Contraindicated medications used in her treatment, Highly indicative medication prescribed - parents beware!
