It is both easy to write a review of someone absolutely and unbelievably amazing as well as extraordinarily difficult, because when it comes to Dr. Diggs, it is as though those of us who have been in treatment with him sound like evangelicals. That being said, this man has not only saved the life of one of my loved ones, he has been integral at healing the entire family. I don't know what we would have done if we had not found him. It also merits noting that his two other colleagues are reputed to be amazing (Ta'Shanne and Adam). Their practice is Nysa Therapy and the astonishing thing to think about is that these guys are actually breaking new therapeutic ground. If you, like so many I know, have struggled to find a therapist who actually understands the human psyche (which doesn't mean always telling you what you want to hear) then get on his wait list or sign on with Tashanne or Adam. WORTH EVERY MOMENT OF WAITING AND EVERY DIME YOU HAVE IN THE BANK.

I was referred to Dr. Diggs in about 2013 due to a severe incident. I not only had physical injuries, but PTSD as well. He has been a Godsend, someone who actually understood and validated this illness and what I was experiencing! I truly feel I may not have begun my journey of healing w/out his therapy. He is extremely knowledgeable about PTSD. He has always been empathetic, validating and passionate about his life's work, being very committed to helping me through my journey. I've felt from the time of my accident that I was living in a deep fog that consumed my entire being. As though the PTSD had taken up residence in my mind, body, emotions and soul! I "had" very little hope...I felt I had lost myself somewhere. I now "HAVE" hope and the essence of myself is returning 💜 I couldn't have a better Psychologist or person walking w/ me through this journey! He truly has saved my life ~

I was very fortunate to have met Dr. Diggs at the TIME i did, as I honestly don't believe I would be here today, if not for that. i was at the end of the end of my rope, with ptsd so bad...i could felt i could not live with it anymore. i had felt that way much of my life! but at that Point in Time, enough had been ENOUGH! Within weeks of seeing Dr.Diggs , I found myself "here" again, actually laughing occasionally, and even making some others smile or laugh. More Importantly, he began to teach me how to cross that rickidy, Scary Bridge, in life, to get from one side to the other, Without JumpiNg OFF, and Helping me feel like I am Not alone, as I am approaching the Other Side of this MESS. YES, life DOES GO oN..and who knows? it might be be Un and Worthy Spent Time! I have grandkids Art to do, Books to write.and some jokes to tell!! THank You Dr. Diggs, You have a Way with the Weary...I don't know what your MoJo is, but it sure does work. I'm actually Happy sometimes,it's a Start!

I saw Dr.Diggs for a couple of years, primarily working on relationship issues and the complex problems with depression as a side effect of my severe neuropathic pain condition. I doubt I could have survived that time without his help. Dr.Diggs was always empathetic, knowledgeable, and able to offer specific and concrete suggestions and observations regarding my specific difficulties. I was forced to stop seeing him only because of the backhanded actions of the workers comp system. I give him kudos; He was a great help and I have no qualms about referring him to anybody who NEEDS a very good therapist.
