This Dr.called a psychiatric patient and said he knew where she lives and he would hurt her if she said anything against him because he dumped her when she needed him.

Saw Dr Mutu November 2022. He was to send the info to a clinic I have been getting some assistance with through virtual care so they could manage my medications as well as prescribe a much needed medication for my mental health after I had bloodwork completed. He has yet to send my info after many requests from the clinic and myself to do so. He would only see me the once after I waited over 6 months for the appointment. He only seemed interested in avenues I had taken in my past referring to other people I have seen over 30 years and treatment I have tried and seemed to have no concern for my issues now and sat with his back to me the whole visit on his computer I was there for 2 hours, I could see the screen the whole time and had nothing to do with my visit there I am very disappointed in the treatment I have received and continue to receive trying to get access to the notes from the visit no one can find anything in any health records of my visit there and I keep getting the runaround so I continue to struggle more than I ever have. The whole mental health system is broken.

Has no receptionist and he will not return calls or texts. Forgot to phone in my prescriptions despite promises to do so.

He was taking personal calls during my appt. Confused me with another patient. Prescribed a dangerous cocktail of meds and when they didn't work he shook my hand and told me good luck, we can't help you. Promised refills and never sent them. Told me my symptoms were most likely just my personality since it's been going on so long. Refused to consider current studies and quoted 40 year old information.

He is a lovely man but he was too strict with me and pushed pills. He wanted to give up on me because I didn't do well in the Mayflower Unit environment. He was kind and very patient or at least tried.

how could anyone dislike this man? he yawns a lot during appointments. makes me feel like he is not interested in my story. but i know this is NOT true. he is the most kind hearted, gentle man i have met in the medical field. he gave me money out of his own pocket for prescriptions i could not afford. i have been in crisis many times, and he has gone out of his way to book me in for emergency appointments, and i have sat in his office for hours at a time. i never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. he is a bit of a drug pusher, but whatever. i can deal with that. this man saved my life.

A very personable doctor but so far hasn't helped me with my depression or severe anxiety. He chats a lot about other topics rather than digging in and helping me. Will ask family doctor to be seen by another Psychiatrist, but they're all busy. In the meantime I'm sinking deeper.

Was not helpful. Agreed to help during a critical situation, but dropped the ball on a number of occassions.

nice man is the only positive thing i can say! he had my son on so many meds he could have died and was a zombie!he is now off 7 meds muthu had him on and can lead a normal life.please get a second opinion!

This man safed my life. I will always be greatful that he is my doctor.
