She is as bad as everyone has said. She is extremely patronizing and uncaring. She has also solicited positive reviews from he clients since I was included on her email requesting. Do not bother seeing her.

It seems like these reviews are for a different physician! I am surprised by these negative ratings. I have had no issue with Dr. Bibeault in the time that I have been a patient. Attentive, intuitive and spot on with my meds. She has addressed my age related hormonal issues as well as provided excellent counsel. I love the email appointments as I am a busy professional and find it convenient and have no problems with changing an appointment. I find it hard to believe that people actually complained about rates/pricing. If you truly have seen more than one psychiatrist, you would know that Dr. Bibeault's rates are not that far off. Sorry to hear about the poor experiences of others but I find them to be so opposite of what I experience with Dr. Bibeault

Seems like a LOT of people have had terrible experiences with her, but I thought she was OK. She was not really warm or welcoming, so I wouldn't see her for therapy because of that. But as simply someone to get my medication from, she was fine for me. Unfortunately, she was really expensive, so I had to go another route.

I'm so sorry that others were hurt like I was by her (missdiagnosis, judgement and anger when I had concerns). But it's good to know I am not the only one. I'm now seeing a good doctor and the difference is huge.

Doctor drops patients without sufficient notification and contradicts herself from one appointment to another regarding what she has prescribed and why.

I am a highly functioning depressed RN who has been on the same medicine for many years. I met with Dr. Bibeault for the first time. I was so excited to see a new doctor and try something new! she rushed thru my history. Despite having serious history of mental illness in my family and not even knowing me she placed me on a new drug and said see you in 30 days. By the 3rd week I was suicidal. It was the sickest I have ever been. Looking back, having been thru her website and trying to put all the pieces together I believe 1) she is mostly concerned about money 2) she has no respect for the pain and suffering of mental illness (“You should have stuck it out”). 3) She is a cold fish. Good luck out there.

Dr. Bibeault is very smart. She knows tons about medication, and she will help you with that. Her counseling is hightly colored by her prejudices, and she will turn cold, uncaring, and judgemental in a heartbeat. If all you need is medication, she is fine. If you want empathy, kindness, compassion, and understanding, RUN to someone else.

Bedside manner lacking, over priced. Negligent in caring for patients.I had been taking a medication for quite sometime & she refused to refill it when I ran out, making me come into the office again$. She prides herself in good patient care, but she makes decisions with out considering, nor discussing those decisions with the patient.Suddenly stopped me in a med I had been on for a few years with out discussing it.When brought my complaints to her, she was rude, terse, didn't listen, unwilling to answers my questions when I asked them, took no time in reassuring/addressing my concerns. She is not easy to talk to.No receptionist, everything is done through email. If its something that can't be addressed a few sent. she want to do a web consult$ or have you come into the office$$$.Felt discouraged each time I left her office.I wish that I had read some of the reviews on her prior to seeing her, seems I am not the only dissatisfied patient. I would NOT recommend her!

Didn't show to first appt. at all (said her asst. called to reschedule... not true), and never apologized. Unreliable about appt. reminders, which resulted in me missing an appt. Did not contact me about missed appt., either, and charged me a very high missed appt. fee. Most distressing of all is her attitude. She gave off a vibe that she really didn't like me, didn't care about helping me, and had nothing invested in making me feel better. I felt like just another case study, and not a person who deserved her help.

So very sad at how unhelpful or uncaring her office is. Waited for apointment for 45 min. There is no front desk staff to help you. After waiting I finally called billing office only to find out they gave me wrong apointment time so I as sat there in the front office the Dr refused to come out and talk with me and proceeded to charge me $175 for a no show, and gave me the over all impression of don't bother in making a new apointment. All the while I am sitting in the waiting room crying because I waited for almost a month for this appointment. the funny part is i arrived 30mins early for my session because I had such a fear of being late. Also on a previous session with her she seems disintrested in what you have to say, and just gave me some pills for when I get overwhelmed and did not seem to want to help get to the root problem.
