A patient depending on a prescription which has had previous history of 15 years from a prior physician whom has treated same patient always refilling or renewing in a timely fashion should be automatic for the patients well being. Certain withdrawal symptoms are horrible to experience and shouldn't even be risked. Why it is so difficult to renew a proven & extremely benificial drug for an obvious well deserving patient who has shown total responsibility in use oh this medicine is totally beyond me. This office doesn't seem to get the messages from me when I try to renew they always make it seem like they are doing a huge favor by attempting to ask the Dr to provide the rx & it usually takes several attempts which causes a lapse in needed medicine. The 90 day rx which was the norm for me from my previous Dr has gone to the wayside with this Dr. An attempt to change to a different medicine also went horribly wrong. This isn't even a matter of cost of this drug as I have excellent ins & the ability to pay for it. It is not considered highly addictive & isn't a narcardic so why it's such a hard procedure to acquire my medication has left me baffled! My prior Dr is located a long distance now and my decision to use a new Dr had to do with distance but it's really been such a hassle to just get my much needed medicine I'm left extremely disappointed. It shouldn't & need not be this difficult to acquire much needed treatment from the person who is there working to achieve patient well being. Makes no sense.

Dr Trautschold is sensitive, caring, perceptive, and just a wonderful doctor, I first went to see the Doctor after I had a life threatening brain bleed and was still extremely nervous. The doctor was so informative and supportive in helping me to adjust and get back to my new normal as she said. I am a lucky man to have survived and am beyond grateful that I have Dr Trautschold as my doctor.

Dr. Trautschold, is beyond wonderful, however some of the staff in the office are rude and make it difficult to want to see the doctor. In fact, today, after I waited one hour for the doctor, while suffering with pain of shingles, I asked the Nurse Sharon, if the doctor was busy, I would have come anther day, I'm in a lot of pain and I've been waiting one hour. Sharon's response "who told you to come here". I apologized if I was rude in any way and explain I only asked because it's been an hour and I'm in a lot of pain...she did not respond to my apology. It was insensitive of her.

My doctor moved out of the area and I had to find a new primary care physician. I picked Dr. Trautschold because she was in the same office as my old doctor. Boy am I glad I picked her. She is kind, pretty and takes her time to talk with you. She listens to all of your concerns and looks you in the eye the whole time. My old doctor use to type on the computer while asking you questions and seemed to be distant. Dr. Trautschold and her staff are fantastic! I couldn't be happier.

The doctor spent a total of 1 minute with me most of which was on the computer, she handed me a printed out diet and told me not to take naps in order to sleep at night. I waited 2 months to see her because AARP united heath care complete did not process her approval...subsequently I changed my insurance and I'm now paying $185.00 in order to see her. I got my first visit, she noticed the NP Katie took my physical (all because I was waiting for her to be approved) spent 2 seconds review it and as I mentioned above handed me a diet which was not relative to anything pertaining to me, sat me on a table removed a tick from my leg (that was gross) and that was it a total of 1 minute. A disgrace, I relocated from New York to Palm City in hopes of finding a thorough physician without any luck, I decided to make a sacrifice on other things since my only source of income is Social Security and pay the $185. a month to see a good doctor. She is a disgrace to the medical field. J. Mancini

I called to sign up for another Doctor and was told he wasn't taking any more new patients. I made an appointment with Dr. Trautshold and couldn't have been more pleased with my first appointment. Dr. Trautshold answered all of my questions and suggested some very good alternatives to some of my needs. She also didn't recommend any testing and I will be returning when my yearly physical is due. I have told a number of friends how pleased I was with my new doctor.

She was helpful and concerned but directed us to a specialist who was not as helpful as she had intimated.
